Candid Camera NYFW - Final Day

This will probably be my last set of pictures. It has been a lot of fun collecting these for such an appreciative audience.

Note the creative use of safety pins in #5. We saw several examples of this.

    Love the safety pins!

Thanks again for sharing these, Greg. You've really done a marvelous job of bringing us a taste of the experience. :-)

LOVE the safety pins on the jacket shoulder! I haven't been able to comment on all of these photo threads but I wanted to say I just LOVED loved LOVED seeing all the candid photos you shared with us this week. And I especially enjoyed seeing both women AND men. Thanks for sharing these with us Greg!

You know my favourite shot is going to be #6! Too adorable.

Greg, I've really enjoyed getting a peak into NYFW from the inside - it's both fun and inspiring to check out some of the movers and shakers of the fashion biz! Thank you for the eye candy everyday!

For a second I thought the safety pins were printed on the blazer. Cool idea.

Thanks so much Greg for all the awesome pictures this week, on and off the catwalk. It was as if NYFW was happening right on my doorstep. I love it!

Angie: You are a doggie magnet! Such a sweet picture. Rosie's going to love all the stories about your new friends.

Greg, I love your opening (packing) and parting shots, and everything in between...also, in this batch, I like the safety pin guy and, of course, "puppy love" with Angie. Her smile says it all. Thanks for a great week!

Thanks for all the great pics! I bet you two are homesick for your doggy. Safe travels!

These photos are the best (!!) I feel like an insider :)

  • Jjsloane replied 12 years ago

More great shots to make us feel we are there. I remember we used to pile on the safetypins to our beat up denim jackets, but never in such a great pattern.

  • Angie replied 12 years ago

    Thanks, ladies :)

NYFW isn't over yet! Still some coverage to come.

    We miss Rosie *VERY MUCH*.

  • Lisa replied 12 years ago

Angie with the furbaby is cute! And I like photo #1, because I can see many people doing that over the course of fashion week. Thanks for all these candid photos, they have been really fun to look at!

  • taylor replied 12 years ago

I love people watching through your lens!
Angie doesn't miss a pup in the crowd does she:)

  • Laura replied 12 years ago

The women in the first photo (snapping a pic of themselves) are so beautiful.

And I love the safety pins!! We used to wear bracelets made from safety pins and beads. I might have to make one of those now :)

Greg, we can't thank you enough for this peek into NYFW through your lens. It has been so much fun! "Safety Pin Guy" is so cool...it would take a lot of patience to do that though, wouldn't it???

Love the pic of Angie and the puppy...she just can't help loving those doggies, can she?

  • replied 12 years ago

Thank you for all of the wonderful pictures Greg. I feel as if I'm right there with both of you. It was a pleasure to meet you both. I hope is not the last time!

  • Debora replied 12 years ago

Beautiful photos! Thanks, Greg, for making FW come alive for us!

  • Diana replied 12 years ago

I've really enjoyed this whole series, Greg. I love getting to see what everyone is wearing to attend fashion week events, especially through your lens. The safety pin accessorizing is amazing!

  • MsMary replied 12 years ago

So fab! I love the pretty girls in #1!

And who is that super star with the doggie in #6? Obviously some super model or famous fashion editor or designer!!

  • Greg replied 12 years ago

Thank you for the compliments here and in the other threads. It was an absolute pleasure taking and posting these.

Zapotee, it was great to meet you and the others at the gathering. Looking forward to doing that again.

Laura & MaryK, I loved the way those two ladies in #1 are both holding the phone.

And yes, Angie is indeed the puppy magnet. Rosie might not approve of all the attention she is giving these Manhattan pooches though. Our little Yorkie is quite possessive.

  • AJ replied 12 years ago

Oh more FAB people watching photos! I'm curious as to what caught your eye in #2?

So sad your street pics are over. : ( However, I look forward to the rest of your gorgeous runway shots, Greg!!

Thanks so much for helping us feel like we are right there with the two of you!

  • lyn* replied 12 years ago

Aww; I love the pic of Angie and the little white doggy :) So sweet!

  • sarah replied 12 years ago

Greg, THANKS for all of your hard work getting such fab shots - of the shows, Angie, and the street fashion. It's been such a pleasure. I've really been enjoying it all, even if I haven't had time to comment much. Safe travels home.
